One named owner per consignment
Every booking lists a primary coordinator and a back-up. You always know who answers the phone, and you have their mobile on file.

BlazeKit Freight was started in 2003 by three customs brokers who were tired of forwarders treating shipments like ticket numbers. Twenty-two years later, every booking still gets the same answer: who is moving it, when, and how do we keep you informed.
The company began life above a kopitiam on Jalan SS21/35 in Petaling Jaya. Our first client was a precision tooling shop in Shah Alam who needed someone to chase a stuck import declaration. We sorted it, then sorted the next one, and word travelled.
Two decades on, BlazeKit Freight occupies a floor of Menara Symphony in PJ Sentral, with operational outposts at the airfreight hub in Sepang and a coordinator desk inside Port Klang Westports. The company is privately owned by the founding partners and a small group of long-serving senior managers.
What has not changed: the founders still hand-sign the welcome letter that goes to every new account, and a partner still owns escalation on every shipment over fifty thousand ringgit.
These are the operating rules that have travelled with us since 2003. They are written into our induction handbook and they get read out loud every quarter.
Every booking lists a primary coordinator and a back-up. You always know who answers the phone, and you have their mobile on file.
Freight, handling, customs, demurrage and surcharges are itemised. If a line was not quoted up front, you do not pay for it.
Coordinator, branch lead, partner. Three calls and you have spoken to a decision-maker. Even on weekends.
Every booking carries a paper trail that satisfies RMCD, MIDA and corporate audit teams. Records are retained for seven years.
For accounts of any size: lane performance, exception analysis, cost benchmarking and a forward plan. No fluff, no slide-ware.
We are members of WCA First and JCTrans, and we name the partner handling your shipment at the other end. No hidden hand-offs.
Our partners still cover the operations desk every other weekend. It is the best way we have found to keep our standards honest.
