Five service formats — planned and priced with you in the room.

Ocean rates change weekly and capacity tightens without warning. Our coordinators run weekly capacity reviews with you so that you stop seeing late-stage surprises, and we issue rate validity in writing for every quotation we send.

  • FCL: 20', 40', 40'HC, 45'HC, flat racks, open tops and tank containers.
  • LCL: weekly consolidations from Port Klang to forty consignee ports.
  • Reefer: active temperature control, with pre-trip inspection records preserved.
  • Breakbulk and roll-on/roll-off: chartered or scheduled, with stevedore coordination.
  • Project ocean: heavy lift vessels and barge moves for plant relocations.

How we keep the cost line honest.

Itemised quotes

Sea freight, BAF, CAF, terminal handling, documentation, customs and local delivery shown as separate lines so you can see what is contractual and what is market-linked.

Surcharge calendar

GRI and PSS announcements tracked weekly and shared with you before they hit your invoice. No surprise hand-bills.

Demurrage discipline

Our team works backwards from free-time expiry on every shipment and flags risk three days before charges start to accrue.

Reefer audit trail

Pre-trip inspection report, set-point confirmation and temperature data log preserved on the booking ticket as a PDF.

Container condition

Every box released to your loading site is inspected by our team. Damage findings are photographed and disputed with the line on your behalf.

Documentation lead time

Bill of lading drafts are issued within four hours of vessel sailing so that release at destination is never the bottleneck.

Frequently asked — ocean shipping

How far in advance should we book ocean capacity?

For standard FCL, ten working days before the cargo-ready date is comfortable. Reefer, flat-racks and open-tops need fourteen days, and peak-season Trans-Pacific bookings benefit from twenty days' notice.

Can you handle US-bound AMS and ISF filings?

Yes. We file AMS on your behalf at the origin terminal and coordinate ISF Importer Security Filing with your nominated US customs broker, or with our partner agents if you do not have one.

Do you arrange bonded transhipment from Port Klang?

Routinely. We handle dozens of bonded transhipments each month into Indonesia, Cambodia and Myanmar via our Westports presence and licensed haulage partners.

What is your demurrage policy?

We do not mark up line demurrage. We pass the line invoice through at cost, with the option of pre-purchased free-time extensions where the line offers them.

Need an ocean rate that holds for fourteen days?

Send us your routing and we will pull capacity from our block-space carriers and the spot market in the same call.
