Goods sit longer than they should when the warehouse is disconnected from freight and customs. We unify the three under one ticket so that release orders, container loads and pick-and-pack outbounds work to the same plan.

Frequently asked — warehousing
Do you offer dedicated or shared storage?
Both. A handful of accounts have their own ring-fenced bay; most use our shared racked storage and pay per pallet location per month with a tiered scale.
What systems do you integrate with?
We integrate with SAP S/4, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Odoo through standard APIs. EDI 940/943/944/945 message sets are supported, as is direct flat-file exchange where preferred.
Is dangerous goods storage available?
Limited dangerous goods storage is offered at Pasir Gudang under DOSH-approved arrangements. Class and quantity must be agreed in advance and we run a joint risk assessment with you.
How is billing handled?
Storage is billed monthly per pallet location with a fair-use cap on movement. Inbound and outbound handling, VAS and last mile are billed against signed work orders. We invoice once per month.
