Air freight that lands on the date you actually need it.

From a fifteen-kilogram envelope to a chartered Boeing 747F nose-loader, the BlazeKit Freight air desk has booked it. We have block-space agreements with fourteen scheduled carriers and the trust of three charter brokers we can call in a crisis.

Six service levels, one booking ticket.

Our day starts with a 06:30 carrier-capacity review and ends with a 22:00 hand-over to the AOG team. Between those calls, the air desk negotiates rates, books capacity, lodges declarations and watches consignments through every gateway.

  • Next-flight-out: first uplift from KLIA, Singapore or Bangkok — quoted in thirty minutes.
  • Express scheduled: defined airline cut-offs with same-week delivery to forty-eight gateway cities.
  • Standard consolidation: weekly LCL air consolidations to Frankfurt, Chicago and Sydney.
  • Dangerous goods: IATA DGR-trained packers and shippers, declarations included.
  • Temperature controlled: CEIV Pharma-aligned cold chain with active and passive options.
  • Charter: partial and full freighter charters from KLIA, Subang and Penang.

Frequently asked — air freight

How early do I need to brief you for next-day uplift?

For Asia and Middle East routings, a brief by 13:00 lets us book the same evening departure out of KLIA. North American and European next-day routings need the brief by 10:30 to be reliable.

Do you handle dangerous goods, including Class 1 and Class 7?

Class 2 through 9 we handle in-house with IATA DGR-trained packers. Class 1 and Class 7 are handled in partnership with specialist licensed agents we have worked with for over a decade.

Can you arrange a partial charter?

Yes. We routinely co-load partial charters out of Subang and Sepang where the shipment justifies it but not a full aircraft. Partial slots are quoted within ninety minutes.

What about pharma and clinical trial shipments?

Our cold-chain protocol covers active and passive containers from validated suppliers. We follow the IATA CEIV Pharma standard and run temperature-mapping data into your booking ticket on request.

Have a flight ready-date in mind?

Send us the brief and we will come back with options, transit times and a fixed rate. No log-in, no portal — just a real reply.
