Frequently asked — routes

Will you tell us who your agent is in country?

Always. The agent name, senior contact and address sits on your booking ticket. We do not run blind hand-offs.

Can you route through Singapore where it is cheaper?

Yes. For some lanes a Singapore transhipment is genuinely cheaper. We will quote both and explain the trade-off, including service-level differences.

Do you handle multi-country consolidations?

Yes. Multi-origin consolidations are a regular ask, typically buying-house orders gathered across India, Vietnam and Bangladesh into a single Malaysian or Singaporean hub.

Plot your route with us.

Share your origin, destination and the goods. We will draw three options, complete with transit and named agent at the receiving end.
