When the aircraft is on the ground, somebody needs to be on the phone.

AOG and time-critical freight is the work we are best known for. Our hotline is staffed every minute of every day, our charter partners are pre-qualified, and our courier escorts hold the visas and ground knowledge to move parts across borders by hand.

AOG response

Three minutes to a human voice. Thirty minutes to options.

An AOG event is a stopwatch. Our standard is a sub-three-minute call connection at any time of day or night, a documented options paper within thirty minutes, and a booked solution within sixty when the routing exists.

  • Next-flight-out: the first uplift from any commercial gateway.
  • On-board courier: hand-carried freight escorted by a trained courier across borders.
  • Charter: pre-vetted commercial and ad-hoc charter access via three brokers.
  • Customs fast-track: pre-arrival documentation and senior brokers on standby.
  • Direct-to-line delivery: last-mile straight to the hangar, gate or production line.

How an AOG call unfolds.

00:00 — the call

Hotline answered by a senior coordinator. Part number, dimensions, weight, hazard class, ready-window and aircraft tail captured.

00:30 — options paper

Two or three routing options costed and time-mapped: scheduled, courier, charter. Customs and ground-handling vetted on the same page.

01:00 — booked

Selected option confirmed, AWB drawn or charter contract executed, pick-up arranged, customs and ramp handlers briefed.

In transit

Status pings against every milestone, with a named coordinator on the live ticket every minute of the routing.

Hand-over

Cargo delivered to your hangar, line, gate or vessel. Photographic POD lodged to the ticket.

Debrief

Within twenty-four hours, a written debrief: clock-times, costs, what worked, what we would change for next time.

Frequently asked — AOG response

Is the hotline a real number with a real person?

Yes. The AOG hotline rolls between three duty seniors on rotation. There is no IVR, no answering service. The phone rings on a duty mobile and a coordinator picks up.

How quickly can you put a courier on a plane?

From KLIA, a courier can be airside within two hours of confirmation during daytime windows and four hours overnight. We pre-vet visas for every common destination.

What does a partial charter cost from KLIA?

A partial charter to Hong Kong typically lands in the USD 12k to 18k range depending on weight and aircraft. Full charters are sized to the cargo and quoted with the broker on the call.

Do you handle dangerous goods on AOG?

Class 2 through 9 in-house with IATA DGR-trained shippers. Class 1 and 7 are handled through long-standing specialist partners we have pre-qualified.
